Hi Holly — Thank you for such an amazing class. It really gave me some incredible tools to use. It pushed the heck out of some buttons, as well! YIKES! I spent 2 1/2 hours in meditation when I got home, delving into the roots of some of the repetitive patterns that have really come to the forefront lately, and I also copied all of the affirmations (that I wrote down in class) on nice art paper with colored pencils, etc. I’ll use them as flash cards over the next few weeks.
